NBC Olympics TV Schedule and Live Coverage : Olympic super-G glory for Svindal
Vancouver 2010 and NBC Olympics TV Schedule and Coverage of Alpine Skiing Update. Vancouver – February 21, 2010 in the Alpine Skiing event Norway’s Aksel Lund Svindal last Friday added and won the Olympic super-G gold medal to his downhill silver, blasting his way down a technically testing run that saw his closest rivals lose valuable seconds.
Currently Svindal who is the reigning world super-G bronze medallist and super-combined champion, recorded a 1min 30.34sec, ahead of Miller with Weibrecht a further 0.03sec adrift.
